4 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Banana Cookie Mounds
Mise en place:
4 bananas
2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbs vanilla extract
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet. Spray or butter.
2) Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3) Add 2 cups of rolled oats, chocolate chips, and 1 tbs vanilla to the bowl.
4) Stir until fully combined. Divide the dough unto a cookie sheet to make 20 large cookies mounds or 40 small cookies.
5) Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until tops no longer sticky to the touch.
* Omit chocolate chips if you are in a pinch for money. Oatmeal banana is just as delicious!

1/8th teaspoon Amoretti Cinnamon Bun Artisan Natural Flavors
1 tbs vanilla extract
