Vegan Gluten-Free Hemp Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Banana Cookie Mounds

Vegan? Gluten-free? Hemp? Chocolate chip? Oatmeal? Banana? Cookie MOUNDS?! I know that I have my own attention. But what if I told you this recipe is cheap AF to make? And only contains 4 simple ingredients – 6 if you want to add a little zing? Do I have your attention yet?

Listen guys, we are in a time of crisis right now with the Coronavirus which means we need to be maximizing our food supply at home. For some, getting food on the table is very easy while others struggle to get the funds to make it happen. Whether you have the means or have a limited income – I want to show you how to make a nutritious recipe to put food on the table regardless of economic status and save some money.

4 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Banana Cookie Mounds

Mise en place: 
4 bananas
2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbs vanilla extract

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet. Spray or butter.
2) Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3) Add 2 cups of rolled oats, chocolate chips, and 1 tbs vanilla to the bowl.
4) Stir until fully combined. Divide the dough unto a cookie sheet to make 20 large cookies mounds or 40 small cookies.
5) Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until tops no longer sticky to the touch.
* Omit chocolate chips if you are in a pinch for money. Oatmeal banana is just as delicious!

6 Ingredient Hemp Chocolate Chip Banana Cookie Mounds

Mise en place:

1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/8th teaspoon Amoretti Cinnamon Bun Artisan Natural Flavors
1 tbs vanilla extract

Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet. Spray sheet or use coconut oil.
2) Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3) Add 2 cups of rolled oats, chocolate chips, hemp hearts, cinnamon bun extract, and 1 tbs vanilla to the bowl.
4) Stir until fully combined. Divide the dough unto a cookie sheet to make 20 large cookies mounds or 40 small cookies.
5) Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until tops no longer sticky to the touch.
